How we work
A major part of this business is Based on trust, therefore, All our employees are hand selected through a rigorous recruitment process and only the efficient and most trustworthy applicants are selected. They are dedicated individuals who thrive on the pay and bonus structure we have in place. All employees have a basic wage and are paid an hourly rate, removing any motivating factor in regards to discarding
marketing literature i.e. dumping leaflets etc. All employees work over a five day week and complete an 8 hour shift with a one hour break.
Quality assurance:
To ensure customer peace of mind we carry out necessary spot checks on our employees as standard. A team of distributors is assigned a manager who carries out quality checks on the distribution in a given Area. If for whatever reason that is not enough, and you would feel more comfortable, then we invite customers to carry out spot checks on their distribution either with the team manager or on your own,
In your own time. We will provide you with all the necessary information required for a detailed quality Check upon customer request.
